Cited as possibly the best keyboard and mouse for under $100, the Logitech MK520 is a wireless keyboard and mouse combo which utilizes Logitech’s Unifying receiver system, making it easier to get up and running and giving it a more stable connection than many bluetooth keyboards. A simple looking keyboard in the vein of many of Logitech’s offerings, the keys sit atop a glossy black frame. Typing is comfortable and the keys respond well to the touch, unlike those found on cheaper keyboards. Where some of the shortcut and function keys found on more expensive keyboards are missing, it seems to surfice with basic media controls (volume, play/pause), email and search keys. The mouse is a classic 2 button with a scroll wheel in the middle, making a third. Rubberised sides ensure good grip and offer a minimum of ergonomic design.
